SILVER pot-distilled light rum
Sugar beets have been a staple crop of Longmont for decades. The molasses is a little taste of home. Silver is light rum made using local ingredients. We recycle (sour mash) each batch into the next to create a tropical depth of flavors.

SHINE Locally-grown CORN WHISKEY
A taste of Longtucky, Shine uses all local ingredients. It’s a nod to our southern roots and early days testing the waters of distillation. Corn whiskey, white lightning, moonshine, corn liquor. It may go by many names, but it’s the most fundamental expression of whiskey.

Lusca, a Caribbean sea monster, resides in the depths of limestone sinkholes. Dive in too deep and this half shark, half octopus will suck you in. Howard and John grew up drinking spiced rum, so you could say this is their dark origins.

Amaro Arancia: Bitter Orange Liqueur Italian Inspired, Florida Oranges, Colorado Crafted
A high plains version of the famous Italian Aperitif and a little taste of home. We love making cocktails here at Longtucky, and a bitter orange liqueur is essential to rounding out anyone’s bar. Negroni’s, Boulevadiers and a classic spritz are here to stay!
